Editorial policy
How we produce Cassino Stats' numbers and text, who reviews them, and what we never publish.
Where the numbers come from
Every number comes from the rounds we receive from each table and is calculated by fixed rules, the same for every table. No one types a number in by hand. How we measure explains the sources, the formulas and the limits.
Public pages show the numbers with a few minutes' delay and the time they last changed. When a source stops sending rounds, the page says so instead of looking up to date.
How we write
Summary sentences are built from the numbers, using templates written and reviewed by people; every sentence carries numbers from that same page.
We use artificial intelligence to draft text and translations, and a person reviews it before it's published. AI never writes a number or publishes on its own.
What we never publish
A promise of winning, a guess about the next round, or any label that treats what already hit as a sign of what is coming. We show what hit next to the average, with no verdict; highlights only appear when the deviation stays significant after the statistical correction for multiple comparisons.
Independence
Commercial partners don't choose, review or change the numbers. How we make money covers who they are and how we get paid.
Review and corrections
Rules and method text is reviewed at least every six months, and every numbers page shows the method version it uses.
When a published number was wrong, we fix it and log it on the corrections page.
Responsible gambling
- Prohibited for people under 18.
- Past results don't change the next round.
- We are not a casino and we do not accept bets.
